Vieta tech-support said that it is supposed to be plug and play and that generic drivers are supposed to be used, so there are no 3rd party drivers to download.

I should mention that the Vieta headphones DO connect to my Cowon Mp3 player and phone perfectly. Because there are no drivers, the device is not listed in the RealTek playback devices dialogue and the headphones obviously don't work. The device is also listed like that in Device Manager. Then Windows tries and fails to find drivers with the error: csrbtport_enumerated_device_00 No Driver Found. The headphones are added to the 'my bluetooth devices' window, it says 'device has been added successfully', and it looks like a normal, successful install. However, when I try to connect my new Vieta bluetooth headphones, two things happen: I have a CSR Bluetooth dongle successfully installed on an old Acer Aspire S3 running Win7 64bit, which successfully connects to my phone, portable audio speaker, and Smart TV. EDIT: SOLVED - see my post in comments below.
